Injustice: Gods Among Us new DLC skin reveal is Blackest Night Aquaman

Smells fishy

Here it is ā€“ the penultimate new Injustice: Gods Among Us skin to be revealed this weekā€¦ and itā€™s Aquaman sporting a look based on the Blackest Night comic crossover. The slightly off-colour King of Atlantis will be available as part of Blackest Night Pack 2, which will be released next week, 2 July, alongside new characterĀ General Zod, and Supermanā€™s ā€˜Man of Steelā€™ costume. If the Blackest Night Pack 2 is priced in line with previous skin packs, then itā€™ll cost 240MSP (Ā£2.06/ā‚¬2.88/$3.00) on Xbox Live, and Ā£2.39/$2.99 on PlayStation Network.

We donā€™t know who will be joining Aquaman in the Blackest Night Pack 2, but we wouldnā€™t be at all surprised if Green Lantern was to put in an appearance. TheĀ first Blackest Night Pack, which arrived alongside Scorpion, contained Superman, Doomsday, and The Flash.

Tomorrow will see the final reveal of the four new skins teased earlier in the week ā€“ previous two have beenĀ …

Injustice: Gods Among Us DLC poll winner is either Red Hood or Zatanna

A couple of weeks ago we reported on aĀ completely ā€˜hypotheticalā€™ and ā€˜unofficialā€™ pollĀ started by Injustice: Gods Among Us creative director, Ed Boon, asking fans to vote for the DLC character theyā€™d most like to see added to the game. The poll closed a while ago and Mr Boon has been eking out the results ever since.

Now itā€™s finally down to the last two, and we know the winner of the poll is either Red Hood (Jason Todd/Robin) or Zatanna. Hereā€™s how the results revealed so far stack up:

Our pick was Blue Beetle, who received the least amount of votes overall. What a loser.

The longerĀ Ed BoonĀ drags out revealing the winner, the more weā€™re convinced the character with the most votes will end up being added to the game. Itā€™s the only obvious explanation for such a painfully protracted tease. Unlessā€¦ Ed Boon is just a complete sadist.…
