Randy Pitchford confirms more Borderlands 2 DLC is in the pipeline

Hello, what’s this then? Even more Borderlands 2 DLC is on the way, you say? Well, that’s just excellent news…
@basemixkills We’re working on new DLC for these things in addition the campaign DLC offered in the season pass.

So that’s a level cap rise, possibly a new 6th character AND more campaign action. Sweet. Well, sort of. Pitchford has already been quoted as saying there will be ‘non-season pass related content’, so this means current Season Pass holders will have to fork out even more money. Dang.
Doesn’t quite seem fair does it? Brings up the curious question of whether Season Passes are actually worth it. Still, new Borderlands 2 content is always welcome even if we’re not sure about the pricing structure for it.
